(1) In an election held according to the first-come-first-served election system, a person can only run for one constituency at a time. If a person is a candidate in more than one constituency, the Commission will cancel the candidature of all his constituencies.
(2) A person whose name is included in the closed list for the proportional election system cannot be a candidate for the first-come-first-served election system and the name of a person who is a candidate for the first-come-first-served election system cannot be included in the closed list for the proportional election system.
(3) If the name of the same person is included in the closed list of more than one party towards the proportional election system, the Commission shall remove the name of such person from the closed list of all such parties.
(4) If a person is a candidate for the election of the House of Representatives and the Provincial Assembly in the event that the date of the election is fixed so that the election of the House of Representatives and the Provincial Assembly will be held on the same date, the Commission will cancel his candidacy for both the elections.
